10 week course : 3 hours a week plus case studies.

Looking at the Law of the 5 Elements of Food ; according to colour; taste; emotion and growing cycle , raw or cooked, hot warm cool or cold. We also cover in depth ,Chinese medicine and how each food feeds an organ, meridian and emotions.
Tongue diagnosis will be covered as a diagnostic tool . You will be given recipes according to the Elements as well. Very in-depth course.
The Energetics of Food
5 week course: 3 hours a week

Energetics of food cooking classes
Learn how to cook delicious, harmonious blended, meals for all occasions . Vegetarian and organic as possible, based on my 48 years of having a vegetarian cafe , sunflower nibbles , in the late 70’s and 80’s and years of cooking and teaching people the skill of putting the 5 element theory of foods into delicious wholesome food ! You are in for a treat . We eat what we make!
